Junior Reporters

Scouts and Youth Groups

Calling All Junior Reporters!

Bring your youth or scout group to the Newseum to sniff out the big stories! Our fun-filled activity guide helps cub reporters learn how journalists report stories as they write, draw, discuss and explore their way through the galleries. Explore one of the largest displays of the Berlin Wall outside of Germany and investigate today's headlines from all over the world! Your group will travel back in time and find out how the biggest news stories — from the sinking of the Titanic to the moon landing — were reported!

Download the Junior Reporter guidebook.

Scout groups and other youth programs with 10 or more people qualify for discounted group rates. For more information or to book a group visit, please call the education reservation line at 202/292-6650 or write to educationprograms@newseum.org.
